MSP · /// Managed Monitoring
Monitor your whole customer book on one platform.
LoadGen is multi-tenant from day one. Per-customer dashboards, per-tenant RBAC, per-account audit trails. The same scenario engine that runs synthetic Citrix / AVD users for one customer scales across the entire book. Six platforms, one cockpit.

The Problem
MSPs scale by customer count. Tools scale by tool count.
Growing a managed-services book requires monitoring more customers, more platforms, more workflows. Most monitoring tools assume a single-tenant enterprise. Multi-customer deployment becomes a workaround, not a feature.
Per-customer tool instances.
Without true multi-tenancy, MSPs deploy a separate monitoring instance per customer. Separate config, separate dashboards, separate audit trail. Operational overhead compounds with every new customer.
Cross-tenant access risk.
Without per-tenant RBAC, any operator with access to the platform can see any customer’s data. Compliance reviews and customer audit cycles block deployment.
Multi-vendor heterogeneity per customer.
Customer A runs Citrix; Customer B runs AVD; Customer C runs Horizon + RDS. Without one platform spanning all six, the tooling matrix becomes unmanageable.
Why LoadGen for MSPs
Multi-tenant by design. Six platforms.
Per-tenant RBAC, per-customer dashboards, per-account audit trails. Built in from day one. The same scenario engine runs synthetic users across every customer, every platform. One MSP deployment, the whole book.
Per-customer dashboards
LoadGen Insight ships per-customer dashboards out of the box. Machine groups, data-health matrix, per-account isolation. Multi-tenant from day one.
Per-tenant RBAC
multiple built-in roles plus custom permission trees. Operators access only the customers they’re assigned to; cross-tenant visibility is opt-in, not default.
Six platforms, one engine
Citrix HDX, AVD ARM, Horizon, RDS, Web, FAT. Same scenario engine. Customer A’s Citrix and Customer B’s AVD run on identical .lgs scenario shapes.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Is LoadGen actually multi-tenant, or one-tenant-with-workarounds?
Multi-tenant from day one. Per-customer dashboards, per-tenant RBAC (multiple built-in roles + custom permission trees), per-account audit trails. Customer A’s operators see Customer A’s data; cross-tenant visibility is opt-in.
Can a single LoadGen deployment cover the whole customer book?
Yes. The platform scales to multiple customers, multiple platforms per customer, multiple regions per platform. Same engine, same cockpit, per-tenant isolation.
How does pricing work for MSPs?
Standard pricing applies (Monitoring at €899 / Agent / month with annual subs including two months free). MSP / channel-partner bundles for multi-customer deployments are quoted on a call. Typically with per-customer Agent allocation and bulk pricing.
Can customers see their own dashboards directly?
Yes. Per-tenant RBAC supports customer-facing read-only access to their own dashboards. MSP operators retain full management capability. SLA evidence packs are per-customer exportable.
How does this work for customers running heterogeneous stacks?
Same scenario engine covers Citrix HDX, AVD ARM, Horizon, RDS, Web, FAT. And APIs via the visual flow editor. Customer A’s Citrix and Customer B’s AVD coexist on the same MSP deployment.
What about SessionSight DEM for MSP customers?
SessionSight per-tenant deployment supported. DOM masking + RBAC per customer. MSPs can offer DEM-as-a-service as a tier on top of standard monitoring.
