How does LoadGen handle public-sector deployment requirements?
LoadGen ships four canonical deployment models: LoadGen Appliance (hosted by LoadGen), On-Prem Appliance (ZIP delivery), Docker, or Windows Hosted (customer-managed). Air-gapped / offline operation and proxy-supported deployment are available as separate capabilities. Each deployment uses the same LoadGen UI, API, agents, reporting, and audit trail.
What about data encryption and compliance?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. LoadGen maintains best-practice alignment with SOC 2 and GDPR. (LoadGen does not currently claim certification under SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or HITRUST, confirm any specific certification requirement with us on a procurement call.)
How does authentication work?
OIDC SSO with group-to-role mapping and JIT provisioning, against any OIDC IdP. MFA is delegated to your upstream IdP. LoadGen does not ship SAML SSO or native MFA.
What does the audit trail look like?
Every action is written to a plain JSONL audit log with 30-day retention and purge.

What does it cost?
End-to-End Monitoring is €899 per Agent per month (LG054). Per-Agent licensing from 1 to 1,000 Agents (pricing copy. LoadGen scales with available test infrastructure and agent capacity). Annual subscriptions include two months free. Load & Performance Testing is €1,099 / week at the 50-vUser license tier. Service Levels (LG058 + LG059) is a licensed module; bundles are quoted on a call.
